RETURNS : 

Goods that are to be returned should be posted via second class mail to ADSRecords Partnership, 2 Trinity Court, Newsom Place, Manor Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3FT within 14 working days of the item being received by the Customer.
 

If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, please send to the address above. Proof of postage must be obtained with a receipt for the cost of postage. This information should then be sent to The Company for a refund of the shipping costs. The Company reserves the right to withhold this payment until receipt of the item(s).
 

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of ADSRecords - Please return the product in original as-new condition to the address above, explaining why you wish to return the item(s). Shipping charges to re-send the exchange will be charged to the Customer. In this case, no refunds will be payable by The Company for the return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
