Terms & Conditions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "The Company" means ADSRecords Partnership. "Customer" means the individual completing a transaction or placing an order with The Company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

By completing an order on the ADSRecords website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed to completing the order.



Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.

Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days.

Any product purchased marked as a 'pre-order' will be available for dispatch and distribution at a later date, this date will be written within the product description but may be subject to change. Your credit/debit card or paypal account will be charged at the point of purchase.



Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The Company within seven working days of delivery. The Company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by The Company promptly return any of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to The Company for examination. 


a) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Company shall, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

b) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective The Company shall, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

c) In no circumstances shall the liability of The Company to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.



All prices include VAT. Customers must be aware that they may be liable to pay Import Taxes and Duties if value of goods ordered are of a value over their national import thresholds.



Goods that are to be returned should be posted via second class mail to ADSRecords Partnership, 2 Trinity Court, Newsom Place, Manor Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3FT within 14 working days of the item being received by the Customer.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, please send to the address above. Proof of postage must be obtained with a receipt for the cost of postage. This information should then be sent to The Company for a refund of the shipping costs. The Company reserves the right to withhold this payment until receipt of the item(s).

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of ADSRecords - Please return the product in original as-new condition to the address above, confirming why. Shipping charges to re-send the exchange will be charged to the Customer. In this case, no refunds will be payable by The Company for the return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights. 



The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated in the catalogue including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.



By registering with the shop, ADSRecords may use your e-mail address to send you appropriate order information, news, updates, ticket info etc. 


Ticket prices shown may include local transportation fees and/or local ticket printing/handling charges.


If more than the maximum number of tickets allowed per show are ordered in separate transactions ADSRecords reserve the right to cancel orders and refund money.


Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date. No name or address changes may be made once your order is completed. In the case that tickets are held or paid for at the door, only the person whose name is on the order will be able to collect the tickets, no changes can be made.


Seat allocations are given in good faith however ADSRecords reserve the right to make alterations if required.


ADSRecords is unable to honour ticket sales where orders are not completed due to technical failure or any other reason.


In most cases, duplicate tickets will not be issued to replace lost general admission tickets. ADSRecords will endeavour to secure entry for those that have lost tickets but is unable to guarantee this.


ADSRecords will strive to ensure tickets are posted in time for the show, we do however reserve the right to refund postal charges and hold tickets at the door if we believe tickets may get lost or delayed in the post for whatever reason. If tickets are lost in the post ADSRecords will try to arrange for duplicates to be collected from the venue by the customer. However, if this isn't possible then the tickets will be refunded.


Right to admission is reserved by ADSRecords, a promoter and/or the event venue.


In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. ADSRecords accept no liability for any consequential loss incurred due to cancellation or postponement of concerts.


If the event is moved to another date tickets will remain valid and refund requests will be accepted up until 1 week before the revised date unless otherwise stated. If the date change does not provide a 1 week notice period (i.e. postponed by less than a week), refund requests will still be accepted.
